Professional Consultation
Should you wish Dr. Turnbull to consult other members of your treatment team (i.e., psychiatrist, dietician, cardiologist, endocrinologist, prior treatment professionals, etc.) she would be happy to do so with a signed release of information. Extensive consultation in office will be billed at standard psychotherapy rate of $125 per 45 minutes.
